This refreshing and gently frizzante sparkling wine has hints of tropical flavors with delicate notes of pear, apples and lemon zest and tastes of stone fruit from the apricot family. Light, refreshing, with hints of citrus, apple and peach, Ca’ Secco doesn’t overpower the palate and goes nicely with anything from pizza to seafood and it’s heavenly with oysters.
Ca’Secco is a bright, nearly dry bubbly made from a blend of Chardonnay with Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Muscat & Gewurztraminer grapes. This complexity in the blend adds layers of flavor. It is made in the traditional Charmat Method, which imparts the sparkle during a second fermentation, just as Prosecco is done in the Veneto region of Italy.
