This Chardonnay has a nose of toasty oak, pear, and apples. The rich mouthfeel is balanced with good acidity. Finishing with depth and expressive tropical fruits there is an abundance of texture and complexity.
The Chardonnay grapes were sourced from some of the finest vineyards of Santa Barbara County. 50% stainless steel fermented and 50% fermented on French Oak, then aged sur lie for 5 months to enhance mouthfeel.
