This Chardonnay has an aroma of ripe passionfruit, pineapple, and caramel, with a touch of oak. The rich mouthfeel is balanced with good acidity, and the wine has a lingering finish.

The Central coast area of California is a highly prized wine grape growing region due to its proximity to the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean and a wide diversity of soils and topography. This unique stretch of land is ideal for the cultivation of classic wine grape varieties and the production of world-class wines. The fruit was night-harvested and pressed within hours, then racked clean.  50% was stainless steel fermented at cooler temperatures and 50% fermented on French Oak, then aged sur lie for 5 months to enhance mouthfeel.
