This wine is our “Bordeaux blend”. Some wine professionals have compared it favorably to a Second Growth St. Estephe Grand Cru Classes wine. The wine was fermented in stainless steel. It was aged in five different kinds of French oak for 36 months prior to bottling and then bottle aged for 24 months.
